Common issues

Login help

If you’re stuck at login or reset password, use the password reset flow first. If that still fails, email us with the address tied to your account.

Upload issues

If a CSV, PDF, or bank import is failing, send us the file type, bank or platform name, and what error you saw. We’ll help you get it cleaned up.

Report questions

If something looks off in a Schedule E report or categorization result, send the property name and the line item you want reviewed.
