Delete connected financial data

You can request deletion of imported bank transactions, connected account data, and related bookkeeping records associated with your HostBooks account.

Delete your full account

You can also request permanent deletion of your full HostBooks account, including saved properties, reports, and support history tied to that account.

Disconnect Plaid access

If you connected a financial account through Plaid, we can remove imported data from HostBooks and revoke our active access as part of your deletion request.

What to include

• The email address tied to your HostBooks account.
• Whether you want transaction data deleted, your full account deleted, or both.
• If applicable, the last four digits or name of the connected financial institution you want us to remove.

Timing

We aim to confirm deletion requests within 5 business days and complete them within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or payment dispute resolution.
